Kinsman

An NFT collection and the infrastructure around it. The centrepiece is a cross-chain bridge that moves up to fifty tokens between Ethereum and Robinhood Chain in one LayerZero message — lock on one side, mint on the other, with the same token IDs and artwork on both.

Hood Bunnies

Borrow against an NFT without selling it. Secondary-sale royalties capitalise a treasury that lends them back to holders. The contract has no function that can move a borrower's collateral — the guarantee is the absence of the code.

A shop with no website, run entirely from WhatsApp. The assistant greets customers, quotes from the live price list and takes made-to-order orders — then gets out of the way the moment the owner starts typing, and picks the thread back up if she goes quiet.

Business Ops Tracker

A gadget shop's whole operation, run by typing ordinary sentences instead of filling a spreadsheet. It keeps the stock count honest, works out the margin, issues receipts, and can answer how the month is going. It keeps working through a power cut, because the shop cannot stop selling when the lights go.

A medical centre's front desk, on the WhatsApp number patients already use. It takes bookings across two branches against a live calendar and holds the slot. When a question turns clinical it refuses to answer and puts a nurse on it instead — the judgment that makes it safe to leave running.
